The Northest Inhabitant In Philippines? In theory Itbayat island is the northest island inhabitated in Philippines... but after exploring the interior of Siayan Island, this becomes not totally true.
Here, during sereval weeks or even months some fisherman from Itbayat spend his time in this basic house. Dionisio was my welcoming and friendly host while he was spending three months in this island.
